Agreement and Escrow Account Setup
The transaction begins with the buyer and seller reaching an agreement on the terms. A dedicated and secure escrow account is then set up by BLS LOGISTIC, providing a neutral space for the transaction.
Initiate Transaction: Buyers and sellers come to a mutual agreement on the terms and conditions of the transaction, including product details, shipment terms, and payment amount.
Secure Escrow Account: BLS LOGISTIC sets up a dedicated and secure escrow account for the specific transaction. This account serves as an impartial intermediary, ensuring the security and transparency of the transaction.
Step 2
Buyer's Payment Submission
Once the terms are agreed upon, the buyer securely submits the payment to the escrow account. This step initiates the process, and the funds are securely held until all conditions of the transaction are met.
Bank Transfer Payment: The buyer securely submits the agreed-upon payment to the escrow account. BLS LOGISTIC supports secure payment methods, with bank transfer being a preferred option for added security.
Confirmation and Holding: Once the payment is confirmed, the funds are securely held in the escrow account, protected from unauthorized access. This step adds an extra layer of security to the transaction.
Step 3
Shipment Dispatch and 14-Day Test Period
With the payment secured in the escrow account, the seller proceeds to dispatch the shipment according to the agreed terms. The buyer receives the items and has a generous 14-day test period for a thorough inspection, ensuring satisfaction.
Shipment Dispatch: With the funds securely held, the seller proceeds to dispatch the shipment according to the agreed-upon terms. The process ensures that sellers fulfill their commitment before funds are released.
Buyer's 14-Day Test Period: Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer is granted a 14-day test period. This generous duration allows the buyer to thoroughly inspect the items and ensures they meet expectations. The escrow service holds the funds until the buyer completes this assessment.

After the 14-day test period, if the buyer is satisfied, the funds are released from the escrow account to the seller, completing the transaction securely. In case of any concerns during the test period, the buyer has the option to initiate a dispute, which BLS LOGISTIC resolves impartially.
Buyer's Approval: If the buyer is satisfied with the received items after the 14-day test period, they approve the transaction, and the funds are released from the escrow account to the seller.
Dispute Resolution: In the rare event of concerns or disputes during the 14-day test period, the buyer has the option to initiate a dispute. BLS LOGISTIC acts as a neutral mediator, facilitating fair and transparent resolutions to ensure both parties are treated equitably.
